Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing tickets on our website. We understand that plans can change, so we've outlined our refund policy below to help you know what to expect.
 

1. General Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:
• Change of personal plans
• Scheduling conflicts
• Weather conditions
• Artist or lineup changes

Please ensure all event details are correct before completing your purchase.
 

2. Event Cancellation

If the event is cancelled by the organizer, ticket holders will be entitled to a full refund of the base ticket price. Refunds will be processed either to the original payment method or via an alternative refund method at our discretion, within 5–10 business days of the cancellation notice.
 

3. Event Postponement

If the event is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, please contact us within 7 days of the announcement to request a refund or credit, subject to approval.
 

4. Transfer of Tickets

Tickets are freely transferable. If you are unable to attend, you may pass your ticket to someone else without notifying us.
 

5. Fees and Charges

Any service fees, transaction fees, or handling charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable, even if the event is cancelled.
